I pre-ordered this book and received it a day or two after it came out. That was over 4 months ago. No software comes with the book, you must d/l it from a website. No problem except that after 4 months of the book being on the shelf, the lessons and video tutorials are STILL not available on the website. Back in January I submitted a help request about the missing lessons. They emailed me back the files for lesson 1 and 2 and stated the rest should be up on the website within a few weeks. Now 4 months later, there are still no lesson files, and a link to the "video tutorials" that takes you to tutorials on Adobe Flash, not Photoshop.
