Great that this even exists. Thomas Wilfred was an early pioneer of using projected light as a form of art, and largely forgotten. The book does an excellent job of recounting the history, but is a bit repetitive on the images. Unfortunately, that’s the limitation of print. I recommend a quick search for Smithsonian American Art Museum for more info and videos, which greatly enhance and illuminate this work.
Great book and cool information and pictures. Inspires me to make one of my own light creations.
